Kabosu Mama is currently calling the kitten ちび猫さん (Chibi Neko-san), which literally means “little/tiny cat” or “Chibi Cat.” It’s a common Japanese nickname/endearment for a small or young animal (ちび/chibi = tiny/little one), not a formal proper name like “Yomogi.” In her recent Instagram post she opens with “ちび猫さん、” and later refers to “当のちび猫さん” when talking about the kitten meeting her other cats. Fans also call it チビちゃん in the comments. She has not publicly announced a permanent official name yet (neither Yomogi nor anything else). So “Chibi Cat” is exactly how she is referring to it right n
